Warranty for the Product’s Lifetime

Ajax Tools warrants its consumable products for the lifetime of the products against defects in materials and workmanship.  All consumable products will gradually wear out over the course of their useful life.  Ajax Tools does not warrant that its products will not wear out.  Additionally, Ajax Tools does not warrant products that have been misused, abused, used for an improper application, ground, filed, welded or modified in any way.  Ajax Tools expressly disclaims all other express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of a product for a specific application. 

To make a product warranty claim, the customer must first secure a Return Material Authorization (RMA) through an approved Ajax Tools representative and then ship the product to Ajax Tools.  All returned products are subject to evaluation by Ajax Tools.  If a product is found to be defective, Ajax Tools will repair, replace or issue a credit for the product at the option of Ajax Tools.

Exclusive Remedy

The sole and exclusive remedy for any defective product under the above Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or issuance to the customer of a credit in an amount not to exceed the Ajax Tools invoice price of the product being warranted.  Ajax Tool shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
