The Ajax Pneumatic Brake Pin & Bushing Driver Kit is designed to remove brake anchor pins and bushing. These tools can be use on "Q" type brake systems with 1-1/4" anchor pins that fit Meritor, Rockwell, and Dana-Spicer brake systems, with weights ranging from 16,000 to 30,000 pounds.
These tools are available for use with either .401 or .498 Shank air hammers, and can reduce removal and installation time by up to 70%. In addition, these tools will eliminate the need to heat (torch) seized pins and bushings during removal process. Simply use the pin driver to drive out the pin and the bushing. Then use the bushing driver to install the new bushing sleeve.
